Since its annoucement last year, Huxley has been one of the most anticipated games in the PC Free2play gaming world. The rumors are that Huxley has entered or will enter alpha testing soon. This MMO-FPS game will be very unique in that players are persistent like World of Warcraft characters and just like WoW players will have two factions to play. Huxley will be incorperating PVP battles that can alter a factions economy depending on the outcome of the battle,as well as a PvE where freinds can play againts the "environment" by doing different quests. Operation 7 Technical Test PDF Print E-mail

Yesterday Night Netgame released its technical Test of Operation 7. This technical Test is to be the precursor before Operation7's official release later this year. As the developers expected, the test ran into a lot of problems with lag and network issue. Some TO members who are participating in the technical test have reported issues with downloads and game installation, as well as patch updates from Netgame. Since it is only the start of the technical test I wouldn't worry too much about the issues. Total Ownage Gaming Members who actualy got to play the game said they loved the weapon modification system in the game which allows players to customize their weapon. Players can slect different barrels as well as other modifications for their weapon. All TO members agreed that the one major drawback to the game is that there is no indicator on the rate of fire; nor the accuracy of the weapon you are purchasing. So for many players its a shot in the dark on how to control recoil as well as controling ammo. Another issue that we did not support was the fact that sniper rifles had crosshairs making it a lot easier for them to be used.

Overall, many of TO Gaming's Technical Test participats agreed that its too early to pass judgement on the game as opions ranged about the game play. Total Ownage Gaming as well as its technical testers will continue updating everyone on Operation 7. Happy Fragging!
